Broadcast E-Mail
Communication is key in bringing PRO members the most current northAmerican information.  Through frequent broadcast e-mail messages, members personally receive the sales information they need to keep current and be successful.   If a member’s e-mail address changes, it is important to notify PRO so we can update our records to ensure you continue to receive important news.

Success Selling
Success Selling is classroom training for consumer sales consultants.  PRO members receive a special discounted cost for this 2-day consumer training.  Success Selling was specifically designed for northAmerican sales consultants and is conducted by training experts.  It is designed to challenge the participant to set aside their current sales process and be introduced to proven consumer-oriented sales techniques and processes.  Statistics have proven that graduates of the Success Selling course have out-sold and out-performed their non-trained peers!

On-Line Training
PRO offers a variety of on-line training options for its members.

1. Consumer Sales Fundamentals Course – This extensive on-line training covers all aspects of selling consumer business.  There is a chapter quiz that tests the consultant’s knowledge of the information covered in the chapter and a Certificate of Completion is awarded when the course is completed.
    
2. National Account Sales Skills Course – This course is designed to introduce the sales consultant to the skills needed to master national account sales.  Content is tested at the end of each chapter and a Certificate of Completion is awarded when the course is finished.
   
   
3. Training Briefs – This training is designed to provide informational “briefs” on a wide variety of topics and programs.  They are short, but packed with useful information.
    
4. TTN On-Line training - PRO Members only, under the Learning On-Line tab find TTN (Total Training Network) On-line training.  Total Training Network's On Line training is another membership benefit that provides over 300 courses covering a wide variety of topics.  The course list covers sales, management, and customer service along with Microsoft Office classes and can be used for both business and personal development through:
